News:

• "Old and New" workshop held in Brussels on 20 October 2010
• Michael Fitch (QoSMoS) and Ronald Raulefs (WHERE2) have been elected unanimously to co-chair the RAS cluster along with Jossy Sayir (NEWCOM++) who will continue as co-chair until the end of NEWCOM++ in April 2011
