RAS One Year Workshop

Roughly a year after the creation of the "Radio Access and Specrtrum" cluster, projects are invited to a workshop held on the occasion of the 3rd EC FP6-FP7 Concertation event in Brussels on the 17th of February.

Most participating projects will have completed their first year and this workshop aims to provide a platform for projects to present intermediate results highlighting the achievements of the first year. The timing of the workshop, shortly before the yearly project review by the EC, presents a unique opportunity for projects to dry-run the presentations of their intermediate results in a friendly atmosphere, inviting feedback and discussion with other project representatives. There will also be ample opportunity to interact with the project officer in a question & answer session in preparation of the yearly project review.

 Please note that EVERY PROJECT must fill out the poll, whether participating or not, because we need to know which projects are unable to attend the workshop or the TPC meeting or both. If you are not attending either, you can fill out your name without checking the corresponding boxes. Thanks.

Preliminary Agenda

The boundaries of the agenda below are fixed (10 - 17) but the exact sequence of events and the lengths of project presentation may still change. The agenda will be fixed on the 5 February 2009.

Note that the current plan is for 8 slots of 30 minutes (20 minutes per presentation + 10 minutes discussion) but this may be changed to 12 slots of 20 minutes (15 + 5) if there is more demand.
